White-label monitoring for web agencies

The monitoring your agency resells.

Statuo checks your clients' sites from multiple locations, alerts you before the phone rings and generates status pages with your brand. You put it on your price list: from cost to revenue line.

Who notices first: you or the client?

The difference between a vendor and a partner shows at 10pm on a Friday, when the client's e-commerce stops responding.

Without monitoring

  • The client calls, angry: they knew before you did
  • The SSL certificate expires and the site shows "not secure"
  • No proof of your maintenance work
  • Every outage erodes trust (and the renewal)

With Statuo

  • Email or Telegram alert in under a minute from confirmed downtime, with 2 of 3 locations agreeing
  • SSL reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry
  • Public status page with your brand: the work is visible
  • One more recurring service on your price list

Three steps, nothing to install

No agents on your clients' sites, no plugins: we monitor from the outside, like a visitor would.

01 — Add

Your clients' sites

Paste the address, choose how often to check. Uptime, latency and SSL expiry from multiple locations, cross-confirmed: zero false alarms.

02 — Brand it

Your brand, everywhere

Your logo, colors and domain: the status page lives on status.youragency.com with a simple CNAME. The client sees you, not us.

03 — Resell

Put it on your price list

"Proactive monitoring + dedicated status page": agencies offer it at €10-20/month per client inside the maintenance contract.

The reseller's math

An example with the Agency plan and 12 clients on maintenance.

12 clients × €15/month+ 180 €
Agency plan (up to 75 sites)− 59 €
Margin every month+ 121 €

The fee pays for itself with 4 clients. From the fifth on, it's margin, every month.

White-label status page on the client's domain, with 90-day uptime bars and per-region checks from Europe and North America
The status page your client sees: your brand, their domain, zero traces of Statuo.
Statuo agency panel with site list, per-region status, SSL expiries and multi-region confirmed downtime
The panel you see: every client, SSL, and downtime confirmed from multiple regions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything on my clients' sites?

No. Statuo checks sites from the outside, exactly like a visitor would: no plugins, no agents, no access to their servers. It works with any technology.

Will my clients see the Statuo name?

No. Status pages show your logo, your colors, your footer text and — from the Agency plan — live on your own subdomain. Statuo stays behind the scenes.

How do you avoid false alarms?

Checks run from 3 independent locations and an outage is declared only when at least 2 of them confirm it; from that confirmation the alert goes out in under a minute. A single failed check never triggers an alert: your agency's credibility is worth too much.

What do I need for the custom domain?

A CNAME record in your DNS: two minutes of work. The HTTPS certificate is issued and renewed automatically.

What's the difference between the SSL reminder and the domain expiry alert?

SSL certificates expire every 60-90 days and, if not renewed, the browser shows a security warning — the site stays reachable but looks compromised. A domain, on the other hand, renews once a year or more: if it lapses, the site disappears entirely. Statuo flags both separately, with domain expiry checks available from the Agency plan up.

How does the trial work?

14 days with every feature, no credit card. At the end you pick a plan from the panel; if it's not for you, nothing happens.

How do I claim the founding member discount?

The code is FOUNDING and you enter it at checkout, in the discount code field, when you activate your plan. If you find it already applied there is nothing to type: just make sure the 50% shows in the total before you pay. There are 10 seats and they are taken in the order plans are activated — being on the waitlist means hearing about it first, not having a seat held for you. The discount lasts as long as the subscription does, and it includes onboarding done together, site by site.

Who is behind Statuo?

Statuo is built by Apdsoftware, an Italian software house: the people answering emails are the ones writing the code. Payments are handled by Paddle (invoice and VAT managed automatically).

What happens to my clients if Statuo shuts down or stops working?

Your monitoring data (sites, check history, statistics) is always exportable as CSV/JSON from the panel, at any time — and stays available for 30 days even after you cancel. There's no lock-in: if you ever want to move to a self-hosted tool or another provider, you take everything with you and your clients won't even notice, since all that changes on their end is the status page URL.

Where is data hosted, and what do I sign for my clients?

Data lives on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland), with continuous backups and a disaster-recovery standby on Google Cloud, always within the EU (Belgium); uptime checks run from three locations for cross-confirmation — Germany, Italy and the United States — and downtime is declared only when at least two of them agree; Germany and Italy stay within the EU, while the US location (Google Cloud) only processes the check result — even when a site has a keyword to verify, the page is read in memory only for the comparison, never stored or logged. If the monitoring processes personal data on behalf of your clients (e.g. email addresses in notification channels), sign the DPA — public at statuo.io/dpa — and Statuo acts as data processor under GDPR Art. 28.
